Brushing

Brush twice a day at least, in the morning and in the evening. Brushing after meals is a healthy habit and helps keep the mouth be free from bacteria as much as possible. When you sleep at night for instance, bacteria develop in your mouth that can be done away with brushing in morning. A brush before you sleep can help your mouth be clean too.

  • Try flossing every day at night
  • Go to your dentist every 6 months for a professional cleaning.
  • Brush for at least two minutes each day.
